No, the Clerk needs a name of one of the people that is being foreclosed on. If that information is not available to you, you may call the Property Appraiser's Office (located at 2300 Virginia Avenue, Ft. Pierce, FL) and give them the street address. They can look up the owner's name for you. |

If I am the successful bidder, when do I have to bring in the full amount of my bid?
A deposit of 5% of your bid must be received immediately following the sale and the balance of your bid, including the Doc Stamp and Clerk's fee, must be paid by 2:00PM the same day of your bid. |

When will the Title be issued?
The Title will be issued on the eleventh day after the sale. If the tenth day falls on a weekend or holiday, then the Title will be issued on the next business day. |

What if someone objects to the sale?
The Title cannot be issued until the Judge reviews the objection and files an Order directing the Clerk to issue the Title or cancel the Sale and Bid. |
