The Family Relations Department handles a wide variety of cases involving families. See our Department Fees page for costs associated with filing the Petitions.

PLEASE NOTE:
  · All filing fees must be paid by cash, money order, personal check, attorney check , or   credit card.
    Make Checks payable to: Clerk of Court
  · Correct change is requested
  · All fees are non-refundable

This department also handles cases for the Department of Revenue. The Department of Revenue forwards the cases directly to us to open with the court and assign them a case number. Theses cases include:

· Administrative Support
· the Establishment of Paternity and Support
· Establishment of Support
· Petitions for Reimbursement
· Sister County Orders
· UIFSA's (Uniform Interstate Family Support Act)
· Registration of Foreign Orders, and
· Modifications of Support Orders.
